Season #5 is under way, and the Blood Nut League, like the Bug Nut League goes into the year with fewer teams than last season. Burbank and Rikers Island has gone to the newly formed Rogue League, while Mississippi, Columbia, and Beijing were contracted, leaving the league with seven teams. Opening Day was Wednesday, February 5th, 2003.
