The North Pole Cheer are the youngest team to play in the Beer Nut League. The stadium, built just outside the Land of the Unwanted Toys, is a dome stadium due to the bitter cold of the North Pole. With a constant indoor temperature of 38 degrees fahrenheit, it still takes an enormous amount of energy just to keep it at that temperature. The Cheer don't feel the cold will hinder their talents and the cold air might even keep opposing players' home run numbers down. The Cheer like to practice in shorts and tank tops so they can be used to the cold. Many players occasionally like to swim in the icy waters of catcher Santa Claus's nearby backyard lake.
The Cheer's youth may carry them into the playoffs. With a promising second baseman in Mr. Heat Meizer, their ace pitcher is the Ghost of Christmas Future.
